Fruit Witness

Fruit is essential and so needed for daily living. In noticing the stressors at the workplace with so many people, it’s in bearing this fruit we are sure to reach some for the Lord. Just yesterday a student was so thankful and surprised I remembered her name when she came to ask a question. It was in that moment I knew that the stress that was swirling around the department didn’t need to affect my day, and in that moment I was able to encourage another. She was thrilled and so very appreciative that I remembered her out of the many new graduates. You see, in reading this morning I realized as this day unfolds taking the time to meet and greet is the thing so many people need. They just want someone to care, and as we put on this fruit of kindness, offer a word of hope to help them make it through a day really does make a difference. Let’s begin to bear this fruit as the world really needs to see this fruit lived out. Be a difference maker for the kingdom! Gods Word states in 1 John 4:20 If anyone says, “I love God,” but hates his brother, he is a liar. For anyone who does not love his brother, whom he has seen, cannot love God, whom he has not seen.”  Take a moment to look around and share some fruit! Blessings.
