Contending??

 Contending for the faith. There is a hope that lies within us and we must be equipped to stand against every onslaught of the enemy. (Jude 3 says, “Beloved, although I was very eager to write to you about our common salvation, I found it necessary to wrote appealing to you to contend for the faith that was once for all delivered to the saints.”) Be aware and woke as some may call it; statistically speaking more people believe there are aliens rather than Jesus is the son of God. People must know the deception that is coming and we as believers need to be aware and awake, ready to give a defense for the gospel of truth. A dear of friend sent a message and had me research this more  and it’s alarming to know another great deception is on the horizon and this one will begin to unravel your faith , if you are not grounded in His Word of Truth.  (1 Timothy 4:1 The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons.) Studying, contending the faith rather than abandoning the faith is imperative for every believer. Jesus Christ, is the Son of God and we must stand! He has given us the armor to stand as gatekeepers and not be oblivious to the battle that is going on around us. The Truth of Gods Word is under siege, and we must not let down our guard. Be equipped and ready to give an answer when questions come regarding deceptive spirits (ufos). Stay informed! Encourage others!  Remember, the purpose for standing is for generations to come! Lastly, give all Glory to God... Don’t let your guard down, surround yourself with like minded people who love Jesus and will not trade the truth for a lie. (Jude 20 20 But you, beloved, building yourselves up in your most holy faith and praying in the Holy Spirit.)
