James 1:12 Blessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.
- Experience the blessings
- Stay the course
- Complete the journey
How often do we get squeamish under pressure?
Life’s circumstances throw us curve balls and we miss catching them with the
tools and gloves God equips us with. He gives us the tools in everyday life to
stand the test of time. His Holy Word equips us for all
the tasks at hand! Whether you are a parent struggling with a rebellious
teenager, an employee serving a hard nose boss, maybe even a sister with a
longing of your heart unfulfilled, whatever the situation God wants you
to experience life’s blessings. He wants you to not give up
in doing good, but stay the course. Most of all He wants you
to enjoy the journey He has set before you…
Walking by faith is a journey and we have
learned this as parents we’ve experienced life’s blessings in
our faith walk. As we continue to approach many phases of life we will stay
the course and remain faithful and fearless, not abandoning what He
has set us out to complete the journey for His purpose and
plan to fulfill. He has set it in motion and we have learned that when God is for
us, no man can be against us.
“The Israelites escaped Egypt and began to
question God and Moses as they became fearful, but Moses said; Moses answered the people, "Do not be
afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the LORD will bring you
today. The Egyptians you see today you will never see again. (Exodus 13:14)”
Do not detour from the path He has set before
you, the world will place obstacles in your path and have one implementing the
word’s wisdom. With a heart of faith one can seek and find God’s wisdom by
spending time in prayer, meditation and studying the Word, God’s love letter to
us as believers. Stay the journey and remain on course, do not be distracted by
the enticements, know the ways of the Lord and He will make your path straight.
May this be a day of refreshing and freedom to the one who is weighted with the
cares of the world; may you find Peace in He who loves you.
