The Twelve

The Twelve left to spread the good news by way of only what they were wearing. They traveled city to city; home to home healing all who would receive the good report. Today the disciples might get masks handed to them and people distancing themselves, but one thing for sure they would continue to press on and move forward. The Gospel is the good news we need to share today and it may come by way of a word, meal prepared or even a blessing. All in all we must be about the Lords work for a time such as this;  it’s important to be able to share the gospel. We are stroking in uncharted waters and they will get deep, but we must get deeper still, steadfast in prayer, unwavering in our faith and unshaken with our stance. Be strong and courageous as you march on and press in by way of study and prayer. Many blessings. (Luke 9:1-6 When Jesus had called the Twelve together, he gave them power and authority to drive out all demons and to cure diseases, and he sent them out to proclaim the kingdom of God and to heal the sick. He told them: Take nothing for the journey, no staff, no bag, no bread, no money, no extra shirt. Whatever house you enter, stay there until you leave that town. If people do not welcome you, leave their town and shake the dust off your feet as a testimony against them. So they set out and went from village to village, proclaiming the good news and healing people everywhere)
