Psalm 91:11 For He will command His angels concerning you to guard you
in all your ways. The Lord has given us His promise of being guarded and safely
covered. He will keep us and not allow anything to come near our dwelling
place, and that’s a great Word to hold onto. When resting is not an option with
busy schedules, appointments and demands; remember we are given the hope of
promises from El Shaddai - (God Almighty). We will find rest in His shadow
alone (v. 1), and that gives comfort to the one who needs a healing touch
today. His name is Yahweh, Elohim, Adonai, Sabaoth, El, and we can believe
these descriptive names are unchanging yet they speak volumes of our God who
keeps covenant with His people. They are a sure proclamation of One who is
relational and full of hope in a materialistic world. It brings light in the
darkness and peace in the storms life often offers. God is with us! He loves us
unconditionally and desires for us to learn about His kingdom and His will. May
we all find rest in His loving arms today
