To everything there is a season under Heaven. (Ecc. 3:1). What season of life are we all facing lately; in this 2022 window?Is it a season of waiting? Is it a season of hoping? Is it a season of seeking? Maybe it’s a season of great need. All in all, we are in a new season and they change just as surely; Spring, Summer, Winter and Fall.(Psalm 90:4 For a thousand years in Your sight are like yesterday when it’s past, and like a watch in the night.) The Lord has a timeline for all things to happen under Heaven and He is not caught unaware with this years news reports. He is the same yesterday, today and forever, and changes not. Why is it, many are so uneasy with this season of change? Personally for me, it’s hard to see the pain and suffering in those you love, and it’s heartbreaking to see the needs of so many on the streets. This thanksgiving we have a lot to be thankful for, and love must be the main ingredient. It’s in this season of life we must press in and push on, believing for the miraculous to happen, even when the day is far spent. We have much to be grateful for and God is our dwelling place! He is everlasting to everlasting. May your season of thanksgiving prove to be one of reaching out to those around you. Make it special and make it real. Thankful for a new day!
