Peace... pursue it.

It's not in the moments when trouble shapes you, but it’s when the presence of God surrounds you with His ALL encompassing love. God's peace soothes like a dry creek bed that suddenly trickles water softly along the edges. There is no maintenance; it just flows and supplies xool water flow; a peace for the times you need it most.

John 14:27 reads, "My peace I leave with you; My peace I give you, not as the world gives." The world gives us a false sense of peace, its pools of water run dry, but God gives us His Peace. A peace that just IS! We can't trade it, sell it, or quench it, but we can receive it with His loving touch. May His peace surround you in every situation you are facing. A beautiful way to catch this kind of runoff is to get in the water, and seek His peace today. He loves you!
