Devo's

While writing devotions has been a desire to encourage others and a way to experience Gods love; to know Him more intimately…. I have been writing for decades and they are penned as love letters from an immigrant’s daughter. Inspired by my parent’s love and forgiveness for this prodigal child, I am forever thankful.

Posting devotions is simple random adventures of faith, hope and love. I find there is a healing in journaling about life and I am often inspired by Gods Word. My husband has been my source of encouragement and inspires me in so many ways; more than he will ever imagine. He has always been my hero, and I thank the Lord for his unending love. It’s when times are hard and the storms of life come pounding, we must sit back, stop and never give up. Even when its smooth sailing and there is no breeze to catch the sails, the Lord is ever gently pushing you along the path. He tenderly reminds us to pursue Him! He reminds us to be still and know He is God! How can we be still when there is so much swirling around in our day? We must stop, read and wait on the Lord. Play a song of worship to usher in His Presence and get out in nature or just look out your window and look to the heavens. I was reminded of this after we both had a moment of worship together and looked out the window to see a cloud shaped like a sword or cross at one point. Take time to rest… Be still and know His love! Be still and worship!

Psalm 121:1-2 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth.
