(Psalm 4:8 “I will both lie down in peace, and sleep;
for you alone, O Lord, make me dwell in safety.)
Dwell: verb; to live or stay; to reside. to continue in a given condition: to dwell in happiness to linger over, emphasize, or ponder in thought, speech, or writing.

The peace of God does pass all understanding, especially in the times we need it most. The Lord dwells with us and is in control of every circumstance, and His timing is perfect! Some days may be uncertain, challenging and at times wearisome, but the Lord dwells with us in safety. As we wait, seek, pray, we often may at times wonder does God really dwell with us? Yes, I say with a resounding Yes, He dwells with us forever. He dwells in our hearts, but maybe there are times our minds, our eyes and our ears can be so far away from Him, if we are not careful. The beautiful gift of Holy Spirit is to draw us close to Him and keep our heart steadfast. At times our work can become our worship; the errands we run can become our meditation, and the close interaction we have with people can be part of the Lords work in our communities, our world.
We are both physical
and spiritual beings and yes God dwells with us. Every moment of every day you
have on this planet, be a seeker, a follower of God, He is ready and waiting to
abide and dwell with you. May you be encouraged; don’t miss out on His presence today! mab
