What has changed in our lives? Today marks two months since I closed my office door to work remotely due to the pandemic. I’m thankful for the opportunity to continue working from home with my family. However, in the reality of it all, Covid-19 is repositioning the way we live, the way we move about our day and even the way we think. Its time for us to take inventory, to think about what’s really important; and whats not. God knows the BIG picture of our lives, and it’s up to us to be steadfast in our faith walk. We are allotted a time to help prepare our children and our families according to Gods promises. Even the prodigal son came to himself, and remembered his fathers love. His father moved with compassion, ran and kissed his neck upon his return. How many prodigals are there that need to find their way home during this season? Whether two months or two years, a self evaluation and plan would have it’s benefits for every believer. That would be to remember what a God has done in your life, and what God can do in your loved ones lives! God has called you (Jer. 1:5)! God has set you apart (Psalm 4:3)! God has chosen you (John 15:16)! God has equipped you for great things (Heb 13:21)! God has you in a place to surrender your heart (Luke 14:27)! God has given you keys to the kingdom of heaven (Matt. 16:19)! God anoints you (Eph. 2:8)! This is the ultimate act of His anointing, for us to carry out His work through love and much prayer. May we find this day to be faithful in praying fruitful in study, strengthened in worship and pressing on in our home stay. We must share the good news whether by speaking a word, writing a note, singing a praise or petitions of prayer. Make your day count, make it better today than it was yesterday and greater tomorrow than it will be the next. God is faithful and He loves you. Blessings
