Courageous

Psalm 31:24
"Be of good courage, and he shall strengthen your heart, all ye that hope in the Lord."

"To be strong and courageous can be hard at times; especially in the face of adversity. We are human, and we can have our moments when we are not walking with this kind of courage. However, the Psalmist reminds us in this verse to not lose heart. In my own personal journey I’ve faced immense danger..  when  looking at a gun pointed at you we can lose that courage quickly, but praise be to the Lord who helps us to not be afraid. Daily there are lives all around us that are facing critical decisions, lifelong choices and yet they can be strengthened and encouraged along this pathway of life by His Holy Word. Take time out of your day to encourage that family member, friend, neighbor and yes, stranger in the market place. We are to be emboldened by His promises, for they are Yes and Amen. May you find courage in your today, hope in your tomorrow and peace in your future . God is Able. Blessings.
